Steam Client Update Released

• Source A Steam client update is now available. To apply the update, click the File menu inside of Steam and then select "Check for Steam Client Updates...".

The specific changes include: Steam Client - Fixed downloads becoming paused - Improved download speeds - Decreased application launch time - Fixed URL links in chats to not include trailing punctuation as part of the link

Changed group event notifications to open at most 8 dialogs
